Positive Care Link (PCL) is a voluntary organisation registered as a Charity No 1045438 and a Company Limited by Guarantee No. 3028423 which started in 1991 to respond to the health needs of Black and ethnic minority groups especially Africans in London and Greater London area. PCL has over 18 years experience providing culturally sensitive domiciliary and personal care services to this client group. Positive Care Link is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection under the Care Standards Act 2000.
PCL is strategically based in London where the majority of its service users live. Its response is based on accumulated experience and expertise. PCL has a rigorous recruitment and selection policy and procedure. The procedure safeguards the service user and their relatives by ensuring that only competent, reliable and trustworthy staff are employed in service and that they understand and have empathy with the varying needs of the service user group whom they are to serve.

Personal Care Aids
This services aides with personal care, such as bathing and mouth care; it also can include help with light cleaning, light laundry and occasional shopping
Children & Family Care
We also offer children care, from the range of 1-15yrs. Our staff is well trained to handle any child need once needed.
